The Tour got underway today under unexpectedly sunny skies in London, and it was world time trial champion Fabian Cancellara who took the win and the yellow jersey with a blistering 53 km/h ride.
Tour favorite Andreas Kloeden was second, with the surprising George Hincapie third.
Our faithful Tour Pool hamsters are still entering everybody's teams so we don't Pool standings to tell you. But if you didn't pick Cancellara, you're not doing well. Don't worry though: 20 stages to go.
