OS lovers - check out Microsofts new research operating system Singularity. A completely from scratch micro-kernel based OS with security integrated from the ground up - I know, I know, the words Microsoft and security don’t belong anywhere near each other, but really this is a pretty serious attempt at something completely new for Microsoft - definitely sounds cool.
