My most recent &amp; fav book on creativity is &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.greggfraley.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Jack&#039;s Notebook&lt;/a&gt; by Gregg Fraley. It&#039;s a business fable (yes, info within an interesting story) about creative problem solving and it&#039;s geared toward small biz owners and/or entrepreneurs.  

Believe it or not, it is a real page-turner, which I found very unusual for a nonfiction book.
